DIVA Projects is a fast-growing construction and infrastructure company delivering residential, commercial, and pipeline projects with quality and precision. We are seeking a Purchase Manager with strong accounts knowledge to handle procurement and ensure cost-effective, timely supply of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire purchase cycle: vendor identification, negotiation, and order placement
• Source and procure materials, machinery, and services required for civil & pipeline projects
• Ensure cost control and maintain vendor relationships for long-term collaboration
• Verify purchase bills, cross-check with BOQ/work orders, and coordinate with accounts team
• Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with GST & statutory requirements
• Support management with MIS reports on procurement and cost analysis
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and the finance team for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Civil, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in purchase management, preferably in construction/infrastructure sector
• Strong knowledge of building materials, pipeline-related procurement, and market rates
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounts-related tools
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and documentation skills
• Strong accounting knowledge for purchase billing and reconciliation

Salary: Attractive, based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
