Job Profile: Purchase Manager (Export Handicraft)

Location: Surajpur Site-5, Greater Noida
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience - 4 years minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchase operations for handicraft & hard goods industry.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers from Muradabad, Saharanpur, and Delhi.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
• Ensure smooth procurement processes aligned with export business needs.
• Handle vendor evaluation, purchase orders, and documentation in ERP.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to meet order requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the handicraft & hard goods industry.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications & ERP systems.
• Proven experience in handling suppliers from Muradabad, Saharanpur, and Delhi.
• Must own a motorcycle for supplier visits and market coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Residence in greater noida is mandatory.

Qualification (Preferred):

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
