Electrical Purchase Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of HT Panels, LT Panels, Substation Automation Systems, Instrumentation Panels, and related electrical components.
• Manage purchase of panel enclosures and accessories as per project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
• Support procurement for government and turnkey projects, ensuring compliance with tender specifications.
• Maintain vendor database and develop reliable vendor networks for electrical products.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to align purchase requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve material-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Assist in cost optimization by comparing multiple vendors and securing the best commercial terms.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong knowledge in electrical products and willingness to work in purchase function are encouraged to apply).
• Understanding of switchgear, relays, control panels, and automation systems preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
