Purchase Manager (MALE)

Job Title: Purchase Executive (MALE ONLY)
Location: Vasai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for raw materials, tools, and consumables.
• Identify reliable suppliers, get quotations, and negotiate best rates.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, price lists, and supplier details.
• Coordinate with the production and stores department to ensure material availability.
• Check quality and quantity of received materials before approval.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid material shortages or overstocking.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new suppliers.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and improve purchase processes.
• Ensure all purchases follow company policies and timelines.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of raw materials, tools, and engineering items.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities
