-5+ Yrs Of Experience In Real Estate Is Needed

- Procurement planning (Actual Vs Budget)

- Responsible for all procurement end to end process for allotted projects

- Confirm Best quotation from suppliers after comparison

-Closely co ordination with site engineers/PM for smoothly & timely procurement process & delivery of materials at site

-Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers

-Direct and co ordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing materials, equipment, machinery and supplies

-New vendor development with vendor valuation

-Software: Tally must be preferable

Pay: ₹17,327.49 - ₹58,691.63 per month
