Purchase Manager -TV& AC

We are hiring an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of TVs and ACs for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure we acquire high-quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for TVs and ACs.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms.
• Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to understand product needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends to stay informed about new products and price fluctuations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues that arise.
• Establish quality standards for televisions and air conditioners and ensure compliance through rigorous supplier evaluation and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in procurement practices to enhance efficiency and drive innovation within the category.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to product safety, environmental standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of Assistant Product Managers focused on televisions and air conditioners category.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to develop their skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
