Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with a strong Mechanical Engineering background to manage procurement operations effectively. The role involves sourcing materials, vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring timely availability of quality materials to support production and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of mechanical components, raw materials, bought-out items, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documentation.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency.
• Ensure procurement of materials strictly as per technical specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
