Job Title: Purchase Manager – Hotel & Resort

About Us:
The Foresta, a premium hospitality property under Joysuites Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a dynamic Purchase Manager to oversee procurement and vendor management for our hotel and resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services required for hotel operations efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for best pricing and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all purchased items.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, supplier developments, and new products.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotels/resorts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and maintain strong professional relationships.
