Purchase MIS

1. ERP Data Management (Pratham)

• Record and update all purchase indents, POs, GRNs, and vendor transactions in the Pratham ERP.
• Ensure 100% accuracy of all entries — including supplier names, item codes, quantities, rates, and taxes.
• Perform regular reconciliation between ERP data and physical purchase documents (POs, GRNs, invoices).
• Generate real-time analytical reports for management review.
• Identify data mismatches, take corrective actions, and maintain data integrity at all times.

2. MIS Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase MIS reports for management — covering indents, PO status, vendor delivery tracking, and GRN summaries.
• Track pending orders, material inflow, and consumption vs. purchase trends.
• Create item-wise and brand-wise purchase reports for Panther, Zerox, Amode, and Saina production lines.
• Support management with procurement insights for planning, budgeting, and evaluation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
