Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchase of raw materials, equipment, and consumables as per production requirements.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality materials at competitive prices.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
• Coordinate with the accounts and production departments for purchase orders and material planning.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Keep track of all invoices, bills, and delivery challans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Supply Chain preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in purchase or store management (manufacturing/factory setup preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory software or MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹11,697.91 - ₹25,189.12 per month
