· Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts for best prices and terms, and maintain strong relationships.

· Procurement Process: Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

· Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, verify received items against orders, ensure procured items meet quality standards, and manage stock rotation.

· Budget & Compliance: Manage budgets, prepare cost analyses, ensure adherence to hospital policies, and comply with regulatory requirements.

· Internal Coordination: Liaise with clinical departments, finance, and stores to understand needs, resolve discrepancies, and manage payments.

· Reporting: Prepare reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

· Skills: Negotiation, vendor management, inventory control, data analysis, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication.

· Knowledge: Supply chain management, procurement software, hospital regulations, and market trends.

· Education: Bachelor's degree.

· Experience: 2 to 5 years.
