- Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and services.
- Request, compare, and negotiate quotations to ensure best pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
- Coordinate with departments to understand material requirements.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain vendor records, price lists, and purchase documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to avoid shortages.
- Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
