Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Officer who can manage indoor purchasing activities and handle local market procurement efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and payment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
  • Manage indoor purchase activities and maintain proper purchase records.
  • Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for vendor payment procedures.
  • Source materials from the local market and visit suppliers when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement with cost-effective purchasing.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for purchase needs and approvals.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar procurement role.
  • Proven experience in local market purchasing and vendor dealings.

Skills Required:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing procedures and vendor payment processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
