Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Officer who can manage indoor purchasing activities and handle local market procurement efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in purchase order processing, vendor coordination, and payment procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Manage indoor purchase activities and maintain proper purchase records.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for vendor payment procedures.
- Source materials from the local market and visit suppliers when required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement with cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with internal departments for purchase needs and approvals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar procurement role.
- Proven experience in local market purchasing and vendor dealings.
Skills Required:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of purchasing procedures and vendor payment processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
