Purchase officer

The Purchase Supervisor is responsible for managing the procurement of all food, beverage, and related supplies to support restaurant, hotel, catering, or production operations. This role ensures consistent product quality, competitive pricing, supplier compliance, and uninterrupted supply of perishable and non-perishable goods in line with operational demands and food safety standards.

Experience

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience in the F&B, hospitality, or food manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of food products, ingredients, and beverage categories (spirits, wine, soft beverages)
• F&B experience
