Purchase Officer cum Admin

We're Hiring: FEMALE Purchase Officer

We are currently looking for a FEMALE Purchase Officer who is willing to work in a Printing Press company located in Sharjah Industrial Area 11.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing and stock controlling
• Experience in the printing press industry is a strong advantage
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
• Must be willing to work onsite in Sharjah Industrial Area 11

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and suppliers; direct them to the appropriate waiting area
• Follow up with suppliers and maintain strong communication
• Handle Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation
• Coordinate with courier companies for shipments and deliveries
• Research potential vendors and compare/evaluate offers
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
• Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
• Review the quality of purchased products
• Maintain and organize supplier files and ensure all records are up to date
• Track and manage office supply inventory and material requirements
• Generate a monthly consumption report for all materials used
• Preparing attendance and salary reports
• Coordinating with staff regarding any work-related issues
• Managing and organizing all company documents
