They review requisitions from departments, verify details for accuracy, and enter orders into ERP or procurement systems while coordinating with vendors for quotes and deliveries.Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels to identify purchasing needs, tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies like delays or incorrect quantities, updating records with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities, and discounts, and preparing reports on inventory, costs, and supplier performance.
