As we grow, we are seeking a Purchase Order Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Ice Qube, Inc.

JOB SUMMARY

Process, confirm and verify unit purchase orders that are sent to Ice Qube and enter PO into the system for final processing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Carefully review Purchase Orders for accuracy

Confirming Quote, PO and System all match

Shipping information

Enter “Special Stock” orders

Review blanket PO’s and process

Enter PO’s into the Ice Qube system

Process customer cancellations of PO’s

Communicate with customers and process any Proforma’s

Work with customers when changes are necessary on the PO’s

Work with Sales Team to complete any purchase order corrections or changes

Contact with others via telephone and e-mail. Works with external customers, works within a team

Time is spent on the phone with customers while researching and inputting information into sales software
