Your Job

As a Purchase Scheduler EU, you will play a key role in ensuring the right glass products are available at the right time across European plants. You translate Master Planning signals into effective intercompany purchase schedules, balancing service, cost, inventory, and operational constraints to protect regional OTIF performance.

Our Team

You will join the EU Planning & Supply Chain team, working closely with Master Planning, Production, Warehouse, Shipping, and Logistics teams across Europe. The team is responsible for synchronizing supply flows between plants to support customer demand and regional performance goals.

What You Will Do

  • Turn Master Planning requirements into accurate and executable intercompany purchase schedules across EU plants
  • Proactively manage supply deviations by adjusting purchase plans to protect customer service and OTIF results
  • Balance inventory, lead time, freight cost, and capacity constraints to support efficient material flow
  • Collaborate daily with Production, WH/SH, and Logistics teams to align purchasing decisions with operational realities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize purchasing, scheduling, and sourcing processes
  • Support team resilience by providing backup coverage for other EU Purchase Schedulers when needed


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in purchasing, supply planning, scheduling, or materials planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic, multi‑site European supply chain environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a service‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with planning, production, and logistics teams


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with intercompany purchasing and multi‑plant sourcing (MPS)
  • Understanding of OTIF, ATP, safety stock, and inventory optimization concepts
  • Exposure to glass, process manufacturing, or capital‑intensive production environments
  • Confidence in challenging planning assumptions and proposing data‑driven improvements
  • Experience working in a regional or EU‑wide planning role
