Job Description:

Handle day to day procurement operations including sourcing, quotation requests, and supplier follow-up.

Evaluate and compare supplier offers in terms of quality, price, and delivery.

Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Assist in contract negotiation and cost reduction initiatives.


Job Requirements:

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Bachelor's Degree or above

1 to 2 years of experience in Purchasing, preferably within shipping companies or the logistics sector
