The Store & Purchase Executive will be responsible for:

  • Managing and replenishing inventory to ensure materials are always available for production.​
  • Sourcing suppliers and negotiating contracts for cost-effective procurement.​
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, vendor details, and inventory movements.​
  • Coordinating with production and other departments to forecast and fulfill material requirements.​
  • Handling returns/exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and vendor follow-up.​
  • Implementing and maintaining procurement policies, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.​
  • Managing proper storage, handling, and distribution of ingredients and materials.​

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a similar role, preferably in food/Bakery/FMCG sector.​
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.​
  • Familiarity with Pet Pooja Software/inventory management software and basic MS Office tools.​
  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
