Purchase & Store Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive located in Bhopal. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, processing purchase requisitions, and overseeing procurement operations. The role includes liaising with suppliers, negotiating terms, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory. The individual will collaborate with various departments to ensure all purchasing needs are efficiently met while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and general Purchase Management
• Understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and inventory management
• Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
