e are hiring a reliable and experienced Site Store Manager to handle all store operations at our government school construction site in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will oversee site materials, maintain accurate records, handle petty cash, and update data on ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site store operations including material receipts, issuance, and stock maintenance
- Maintain inventory logs and physical verification of materials
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for material requirements
- Handle cash and petty cash transactions for site-level expenses
- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and consumption records
- Regularly update stock and transactions on ERP software
- Monitor movement of tools, machinery, and consumables
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store area
- Generate daily/weekly stock and expense reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper/Site Store Manager in a construction environment
- Familiarity with government project documentation and material handling
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and basic accounting
- Hands-on experience with ERP software (e.g., Tally, BuildSmart, or similar)
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and handling digital records
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
