We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase & Store Executive to join our Facility Management team. The candidate will be responsible for handling purchasing activities, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the availability of materials and MEP/FM-related items required for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily purchasing requests for FM operations and maintenance requirements.
- Source materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables from approved suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper inventory levels for MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleaning materials.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and update stock records accordingly.
- Monitor stock movement and prepare inventory and consumption reports.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials in the store.
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams regarding material issuance and requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for purchases, invoices, GRNs, and stock transactions.
- Support cost control and avoid material shortages or overstocking.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Purchasing and Store operations within a Facility Management company.
- Knowledge of MEP materials, maintenance consumables, and FM operations.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement procedures.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
