Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing medical, surgical, pharmacy, and general items.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Receive materials, verify quantity & quality, and update stock records.
  • Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of items.
  • Maintain vendor records and support vendor payments by providing required documents.
  • Handle internal department requests and ensure timely issue of materials.
  • Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption reports.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and audit requirements.

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory management
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP/HIS preferred)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Qualification & Experience:

  • Any degree/diploma
  • 1–3 years of experience in purchase/stores (hospital experience preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
