Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors for purchasing medical, surgical, pharmacy, and general items.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparison sheets, and process purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Receive materials, verify quantity & quality, and update stock records.
- Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper storage of items.
- Maintain vendor records and support vendor payments by providing required documents.
- Handle internal department requests and ensure timely issue of materials.
- Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and audit requirements.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of purchase and inventory management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Computer skills (Excel, Email, ERP/HIS preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Qualification & Experience:
- Any degree/diploma
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/stores (hospital experience preferred)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
