About the Role

We are looking for a Purchaser to manage procurement activities for our company. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining proper stock levels to support our production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for printing, exhibition, carpentry, electrical, and general materials.
  • Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and secure the best terms.
  • Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
  • Maintain supplier database and build long-term vendor relationships.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with the store team to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cost-saving measures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Purchaser / Procurement Officer.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of printing, exhibition, or construction-related materials is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
