Job Description:

We are looking for a Purchaser with strong experience in automotive spare parts and tyre procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing parts and materials required for daily garage operations, ensuring timely availability of quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source spare parts, tyres, lubricants, and related automotive materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, dealers, and local markets.
  • Compare prices, quality, and delivery times to secure the best purchase deals.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with workshop supervisors and technicians for parts requirements.
  • Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure all purchased items meet company standards and quality requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control.
  • Support management in cost-saving initiatives and vendor development.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in auto spare parts purchasing (UAE market preferred).

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
