Position: Purchase Assistant (Male)
Location: Ajman, UAE
Gender: Male

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' purchasing experience within the UAE.
• Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License.

Job Description:

• Communicate with suppliers to obtain the best quotes, negotiate prices, and gather detailed information about products and services.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure cost-effective procurement.
• Source suppliers based on pricing, product availability, and quality standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions for goods, analyze price proposals, and negotiate or renegotiate terms with vendors.
• Resolve issues with vendors concerning material defects, delivery shortages, or invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Update and maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, payments, and received stock.

Salary: Will be discussed during the interview.
