Purchaser- Auto Spare Parts

• Source and procure automotive spare parts, tools, lubricants, and maintenance materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the auto maintenance team to understand material requirements and urgent needs.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
• Develop and maintain relationships with reliable automotive suppliers and vendors.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends and product availability.
• Ensure that all purchases meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier contracts in an organized system.
• Work with finance to ensure proper invoicing, payments, and cost tracking.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
