We are seeking an experienced Purchaser with a strong background in sourcing laptops and electronic items in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in procurement processes, supply chain management, and vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and Purchase: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers for laptops and electronic items, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and supply dynamics for electronic goods.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favourable terms and conditions.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels of laptops and electronics.
- Cost Analysis: Analyse purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in purchasing electronics and laptops.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
