Purchaser (ELV Experience)

We are looking for a Procurement Officer with a background in accounts and experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. The ideal candidate will handle purchasing tasks, support basic accounting functions, and coordinate with suppliers for ELV materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase ELV materials (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc.)
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Create and manage purchase orders and delivery follow-ups
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure correct specifications
• Support accounts team with invoice checking and payment processing
• Maintain proper documentation and update procurement records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
