Purchaser (Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source reliable suppliers/vendors for technical (local & imported) materials.
• Float inquiries, collect quotations, and prepare comparative statements.
• Conduct effective price negotiations to ensure best value procurement.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors for timely and quality supplies.
• Evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders and ensure approvals as per company policy.
• Follow up with suppliers to track order status and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with store, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth procurement cycle.
• Handle rejected/returned items and ensure timely replacements.
• Arrange transportation of materials with logistics support.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
• Use strong technical understanding, communication, and interpersonal skills in daily tasks.

Qualification: I. Com or other relevant qualification

Experience: 2–4 Years
