Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers/vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other resources.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory without overstocking.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for storage, dispatch, and cycle counts.
- Oversee the inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Implement inventory control systems to track inventory and manage replenishments.
- Implement inventory control processes and ERP updates.
- Must be sufficient knowledge about the BOM (Bill of Materiel) posting in ERP.
Planning & Forecasting
- Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to forecast demand.
- Develop supply plans to align with business requirements.
- Track and analyze supply chain KPIs for continuous improvement.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain records of procurement, contracts, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and legal regulations.
- Factory visits for production checking.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory and 3P,).
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or equivalent).
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or procurement .
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, Cosmetic and Health and Beauty preferred.
