P&R Specialty, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Plastic Spools, Fiberboard Spools, and Plywood
Reels serving the wire and cable industry for over 40 years, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator
to join their team.
The Purchasing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the purchasing
function by preparing and maintaining purchase orders, vendor records, and documentation. This
role ensures timely and accurate purchasing of raw materials, supplies, and products for all
departments, supporting production and operational efficiency while following company and ISO
9001 standards.

Qualified candidates will have their High School Diploma or GED. An associate’s degree in
business management, accounting, or related field is preferred. Qualified candidates will also
have 3+ years of administrative, purchasing, or accounting support experience and possess
advanced proficiency with using the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills are a
must. In this position, a goal-oriented, personally accountable candidate with a strong attention to
detail will succeed.
Compensation will be structured around the individual and their capability. Benefit package
includes health insurance, vacation and holiday pay, and 401(k).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.16 - $27.89 per hour
