Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming products based on invoices and receiving reports. Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility. Notify departments of goods received for pick up. Verify and track received inventory and update inventory reports and logs. Reconcile invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing department and guest packages. Follow all national, state, and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations. Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions. Process all F&B orders with vendors. Communicate with F&B Team regarding products, pricing, vendors, quality and issues. Process all F&B invoices and review statements. Support Purchasing Manager in all tasks related to Controllables and other duties, as necessary. Be able to lift, move, carry boxes of 50-60 lbs.
