Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations with suppliers.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP to process purchase orders and monitor supply chain workflows.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to forecast material requirements based on production planning and inventory management needs.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing and terms, and establish strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs.
• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels through materials management systems and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline shipping schedules, delivery timelines, and warehouse operations.
• Maintain comprehensive records of procurement activities, contracts, pricing agreements, and supplier performance metrics.

Experience

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP
• Knowledge of materials management, inventory management, supply chain management, logistics, and production planning processes.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and manage contracts confidently.
• Experience working with procurement software tools for sourcing and inventory control is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
