Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from $34,760.04 to $38,000.04, annually.
Assists in maintaining official contract and/or solicitation file (folders) along with updated templates of attachments for each contract group or solicitation. Also inputs contract information into Automated Contract Management System (ACMS), Florida Accountability Contract Tracking System (FACTS), FLAIR, etc.
Inputs electronic purchase requisitions through the MyFloridaMarketPlace to ensure agency compliance with State of Florida Statutes, Purchasing Guidelines, State Contracts, State Purchasing Agreements, Comptroller Memoranda and the Florida Administrative Code.
Review/performs MFMP user audits as directed.
Review/performs P-card audits as directed.
Assists in daily monitoring of the department’s P-Card Works transaction activity to ensure timely processing, reconciliation and clearing of vendor charges.
Functions as the department’s liaison with the Department of Management Services (DMS) in interpreting procurement statutes, rules and regulations; particularly those related to complex or sensitive procurement actions. This includes attending MFMP and OSD meetings and forums as the department’s representative.
Performs quality assurance check (QA) of contract agreements and attachments. Also prepares, assembles, and forwards completed contract documents (inclusive of edits and corrections) to program manager(s) for transmittal and execution.
Research data for external customers (vendors or auditors) and internal customers (employees) as requested
Assist finance and accounting on an as needed basis with non-payment processing tasks
Assists with policies and procedure annual updates.
Maintains and updates units electronic contract routing tracking log.
Performs other duties as required.
