  • Support vendor research and help with negotiations.
  • Create purchase orders and follow up on any late deliveries.
  • Coordinate shipments, including paperwork, shipping bills, and communication with the receiving team.
  • Keep an eye on how suppliers are performing and help solve any issues that come up.
  • Work as a bridge between customer service and manufacturers when customers get defective products and need replacements.
  • Collaborate with teams like sales, marketing, accounting, receiving, and leadership to get things done.
  • Assist with project budgets and spend tracking to find ways to save money.
  • Help update and improve our processes and procedures.
  • Stay on the lookout for new product opportunities and better ways to source materials.
  • Use SAP Business One, Excel, Slack, and other tools to get your work done efficiently.
  • Manage Drop ship orders, ensuring customers get their product on time, and we receive payment

Skills

  • Someone who can multitask and manage their time well.
  • A detail-oriented person who remembers the little things and keeps track of what’s going on.
  • Someone who is comfortable working with other teams but will primarily be doing individual work
  • A quick learner who’s eager to grow and take on new challenges.
  • Good communication skills and high integrity.
  • Experience or comfort with tools like Excel and ERP systems is great, but we’re happy to train the right person.
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Bonus points if you have Excel experience and can type 70 WPM or more!
