III. JOB SUMMARY: The Purchasing Receiving clerk is responsible for assisting and receiving all food, beverage, and supplies into the club. This person will be responsible for keeping the store rooms clean and organized.


  • ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Assist with receiving all food and beverage, and supplies into the club.
  • Assist with monthly count of inventories
  • Keep the store rooms clean and organized


  • REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail plus the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems.
  • Previous purchasing experience a plus.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized.
  • Commitment to quality service


  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 80 pounds
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Purchasing Director


VIII. NON-EXEMPT POSITION:
Part Time- Hours Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday 7:30am-1:00pm, weekends as needed.
