Purchasing and Logistics Specialist (Bilingual Korean Required)

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform purchasing decisions.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer preferences and demand.
• Stay informed about industry developments, new product offerings, and supplier capabilities.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure transparent and timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain update purchasing and logistics records up to date.
• Other Purchasing and Logistics related tasks will be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Korean.
• Have strong work ethic and be punctual.
• Good level of organizational skills.
• Be detailed and task oriented.
• Can multi-task and work quickly to meet deadlines on a daily basis.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Prior experience handling logistics, a plus.
• Prior experience with ERP, demand forecasting, and/or TMS, a plus.
• Prior experience in purchasing in fashion-related industry, a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
