  • Accomplish effective purchasing through competitive bidding.
  • Sent out written specifications of items intended to procure and receive minimum 3 quotations.
  • Award the purchase to the low bidder, in case of nominating vendor. Justification is to be given.
  • Receive purchase requests from all departments in the hotel
  • Fill in the quotation details in the column provided for.
  • Submit the Purchase Requisition to the Requesting Party with values for signature for purchasing Manager and forward to Financial Controller and General Manager for approval.
  • Preparing petty cash /IOU for all cash purchase and management approval
  • Follow up with supplier pending delivery and making short list for LPO
  • Contacting many supplier negotiate with best price and best quality.

· Ensuring all food hygiene and health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to and implements any legislation as required by UAE Law.

  • Any other duties as directed by the management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
