• Purchase depot requirements for workshop, office, canteen, villa
• Verify the quality and quantity of received products with designated personnel, by holding float cash and maintaining invoices, quotations and necessary documents
• Perform entry level purchasing work in assigned commodity classification
• Prepare and process purchasing documents

ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALCATION ESSENTIA

• 2nd Level of education.
• Speaks, reads and writes Arabic and/or English.
• Skill to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.
• Skill to coordinate with other staff, departments, officials, agencies, and suppliers.
• Skill in the use of computer and related equipment in a stand-alone or local area network environment.
• Basic numerical skills.
• Health and robust who can lift and carry under 24 kg.
• Driving license.
• DESIRABLE: 2nd Level of education.
• Knows the territory 3.
• Skill to prepare and maintain records and files in automated sys

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ESSE NTIAL

• Minimum 2 years' work experience in store management of spare parts of machines & building materials.
• DESIRABLE: Minimum 3 years' experience in store management of spare parts of machines and building materials.
