Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and develop purchasing plans accordingly.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms and conditions for contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels using appropriate software systems.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality or compliance with industry regulations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes that may impact procurement processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
