Purchase Assistant

We are currently looking for a Purchase Assistant to join in our Procurement team. Candidates have supply chain management process knowledge in Procurement. UAE experience is not mandatory.

Job responsibility

• Coordinate with store department and collect all purchase request
• Prepare purchase order
• Research potential vendors
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
