Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing reliable local and international suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, or quality.
- Maintain and update procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase logs.
- Track inventory levels and raise purchase requests as needed.
- Support documentation for imports/exports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in cost control by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Liaise with internal departments (stores, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Freshers currently in the UAE are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience in purchasing/procurement from home country preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
