Hiring: Purchasing / Procurement Specialist (Food & Beverage Industry)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing/Procurement Specialist with strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing high-quality food, ingredients, and supplies at competitive prices
• Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with kitchen/operations teams
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company requirements
• Preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and optimizing cost efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Purchasing or Procurement within the F&B industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of food products, equipment, and market pricing
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
