The Role:

We’re looking for a Purchasing Coordinator who thrives on organization, accuracy, and results. You’ll be the backbone of our operations — ensuring that our technicians have exactly what they need, when they need it, to deliver 5-star service every time.

You won’t just “order parts.” You’ll manage systems, create efficiency, eliminate waste, and be a key player in driving profitability. In short — you’ll own the supply chain side of our success.

What You’ll Do:

• Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory levels across the company
• Forecast product demand and reorder materials proactively
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, price, and reliability
• Coordinate with service and install teams to schedule material deliveries
• Implement and maintain systems for receiving, stocking, and distributing parts
• Audit inventory regularly to prevent shrinkage and errors
• Drive continuous improvement — we don’t settle for “good enough”
