Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive (Entry Level) to support accurate data entry and record management across business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a foundation in data management and administrative operations. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain organized records, and support internal teams with timely and reliable information.


Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets with high accuracy.
  • Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
  • Identify and correct data entry errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in preparing basic reports and summaries using Excel.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.


Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in a relevant field (preferred).
  • No prior experience required ; internships or academic projects are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data handling.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work five days a week , 9 hours per day , onsite.
