Qualifications :
1. 3-4 years experience as Purchasing Executive or similar position in preferably 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi.
2. Has the ability to communicate effectively in English, Malayalam knowledge is an advantage.
3. Has strong will to work very flexible hours and has the ability to work under pressure.
4. Pro efficient in Microsoft Office & Purchasing Software.
5. Must have Bachelor Diploma.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Print the pending LPO's List.
2. Follow up on the Pending LPO's.
3. Process Market List orders.
4. Process Alcohol List Orders.
5. Invite for Quotes.
6. Make Comparative Statement for Price Comparison.
7. Purchase Require Material at minimum possible price by following hotel Policies.
8. Source new Products for Food & Beverages.
9. Ensure Timely Delivery of goods.
10. Surveys pricing Quotes from the Supplier.
11. Correspondence to relevant departments.
12. Market Research and new Trends available within the market.
