Senior Procurement Officer (UAE Experience | Salon, F&B, Maintenance)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Procurement Officer to lead our purchasing strategy across all divisions.

Role Overview:

The Senior Procurement Officer will oversee and manage the full procurement cycle, ensuring the timely and cost-effective purchasing of equipment, consumables, and services across our salon, F&B, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge, robust vendor networks, and extensive experience in multi-category procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across salon, restaurant, and maintenance categories.
• Source, negotiate, and contract with reliable suppliers for beauty products, salon equipment, food & beverage items, uniforms, tools, and facility maintenance materials.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality products at the best possible prices.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships; evaluate vendor performance regularly.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations to forecast procurement needs.
• Liaise with salon managers, chefs, and maintenance teams to understand requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE procurement laws, health and safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate periodic reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of professional procurement experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Prior experience in salon, F&B, or facilities management procurement is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE supplier markets and import/export regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software or ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
