Purchasing Intern

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Collaborating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
• Supporting the identification and evaluation of local sourcing partners
• Assisting in the preparation and issuance of RFQs/RFPs
• Creating and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
• Supporting the preparation of monthly review reports for management meetings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel
• Exposure to SAP and/or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage.
• Holds a valid residence VISA throughout the internship period
